MLT Bakery is founded by Meltem Koral, a 25-year-old Cypriot young entrepreneur with a background in art and design. Passionate about Cypriot and Mediterranean cuisine, she brings authenticity and creativity to every aspect of her bakery. From the walls to the interior design, everything at MLT Bakery is handmade by her, creating a warm and unique atmosphere.
Meltem’s dedication goes beyond design—she is the one waking up every morning at 5 a.m. to prepare delicious, fresh pastries to serve to her customers, ensuring that every treat is of the highest quality and made with love.
Under her guidance, MLT Bakery has become a local favorite in Amsterdam for halloumi & olive bun, tahini bun, gulluri bagels, and sweet pastries. Meltem’s vision combines culinary tradition with artistic flair, offering visitors both delicious baked goods and a beautifully crafted space.
